In NO GOODBYES author Naava Piatka who sadly passed away shortly after its publication last year, tells the story of the life of her charismatic Holocaust survivor father, Xavier and her relationship with him growing up in Cape Town. With poetic insight, and universal themes, NO GOODBYES reveals how, through the sharing of stories, a father and his daughter come to terms with the legacy of his horrific past, finding understanding, healing, and forgiveness in their renewed connection.
