The Johannesburg Holocaust & Genocide Centre (JHGC) focuses on Holocaust and genocide education through:

• Formal curriculum-based support content for educators and learners that incorporates new, exciting, experiential methodologies,
• Working with university and student groups by organising study tours to Poland and Rwanda.
• Projects and events concerning genocide, with a particular emphasis on the genocide in Rwanda.
• Designing and facilitating programmes for corporates, small business, educational institutions and NGO’s. By using the lessons for humanity that we learn from Holocaust, genocide and human rights education, individuals are able to make connections to their lives and enrich their relationships in the workplace, their homes and their communities.
